As soon as I reconnect, and restart Hulu or Netflix, it plays for 3 minutes and disconnects again. Is this a Roku problem or a cable/internet Co. problem? Thanks!

A Lenovo Yoga 730. However, it refuses to stay connected to the WiFi. The network isn't at fault as literally every other device in the house connects without any sort of problem.
Disconnected the power from the modem and left the modem disconnected for at least 3 minutes. Shut down all the computers that are connected to the network. Yet another Google search suggested disable Bluetooth. Restarted computer. Still getting disconnected.
