The upload speed dropped to zero today. We checked the router , filter and connections and everything is fine. We called bt up and they said that download speed is guaranteed but not the upload speed. The internet is not working and no one is helping us. Bt said that there is no fault on their side and will charge us if we ask for an engineer.
